On Tuesday, the Toronto Blue Jays will host the New York Yankees in a three-game series at the Rogers Centre in Toronto, Canada. The first game of the series will start at 7:05PM ET.

The season series between the two teams are netted at 5 game apiece. However, they are both going in different directions. New York is second in the AL East, three games behind Boston and they are 2.5 games up in the race for the first AL wild card.

For Toronto, it is the other way around. They are in last place in the AL East and 10.5 games behind in the first AL wild card and 5 games out in the second wild card spot. Left-hander CC Sabathia will take the mound for the Yankees. He's 8-2 with 2.80 ERA in 13 career start at Rogers Centre.

Toronto will give the ball to fellow left-hander J.A. Happ. He is 7-2 with 3.63 ERA in 15 career starts against the Yankees. Last July 4, he allowed one run in four hits with strike-out six over six innings to secure 7th win against New York.

The sportsbook handicappers have installed the Toronto Blue Jays as the favorite to beat the New York Yankees in the first match of the three-game series on Tuesday night.
