2017 NBA Playoffs (Round 1: Game 5):Memphis Grizzlies vs. San Antonio SpursApril 25, 2017 by Marc Jerbs

On Tuesday, the San Antonio Spurs will host the Memphis Grizzlies in Game 5 of the Western Conference 1st round playoffs at the AT&T Center in San Antonio, TX. Tip-off is set at 9AM ET.

With the series tied at 2-2, it is now down to best-of-3. Whichever team wins two of the last three games will move to the semifinal round of the 2017 NBA Playoffs. The Spurs have their chances in Game 4 to steal a road win and go home with a 3-1 series lead.

However, the Grizzlies gave their best to seal an OT win on Marc Gasol's floating jumper with 0.7 seconds left in the game. Memphis survived the game after committing 23 turnovers that was converted to 31 points by the Spurs and wasted Kawhi Leonard's career-high 43 points.

San Antonio will need to protect its home court on Game 5. They have played well at home in Game 1 and 2. The Spurs is a tough nut to crack if they are playing at AT&T Center but if the Grizzlies bring their A-game this game will lead into another crunch time scene for both teams and the fans.

The sportsbook handicappers have installed the San Antonio Spurs as a 10-point favorite to beat the Memphis Grizzlies on Tuesday night.
