2017 NBA Western Conference Semifinals Game 5:Houston Rockets vs. San Antonio SpursMay 09, 2017 by Marc Jerbs

On Tuesday, the San Antonio Spurs will host the Houston Rockets in Game 5 of the NBA Western Conference semifinals. Game time is set at 8PM ET and will be played at AT&T Center in San Antonio, Texas.

The series is currently tied at 2-2. Both teams have won and lose in their home court. Houston and San Antonio have no offensive problems but both have lackluster defense in their losses with each other.

The Rockets will be a man down with Nene who will miss the rest of the postseason with a torn left adductor in last Sunday's Game 4. Spurs reserve guard will start for San Antonio in replacement of the injured veteran Tony Parker.

Game 5 is critical for both teams, the winner will have an upper hand in the series. The series will shift back to Houston for Game 6 and Game 7 will be back to San Antonio if necessary.

The sportsbook handicappers have installed the San Antonio Spurs as a 5.5-point favorite to beat the Houston Rockets in Game 5 of the Western Conference semifinals on Tuesday night.
