On Tuesday, the Los Angeles Dodgers will host Game 1 of the 2017 World Series against the Houston Astros. The Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, CA will host the opening game and will start at 8PM ET.

Los Angeles has the home field advantage in a best-of-7 World Series match up. Houston will have a chance to play in front of their home fans as they are scheduled to host Games 3 to 5. This is the 8th time in World Series history that two 100-plus win teams will play each other.

Both teams have overwhelming talents in their pitching and batter's line up. For Game 1, it will feature the two best pitchers this season. Houston's Dallas Keuchel has been the ace pitcher throughout the season. He's 14-5 with 2.90 ERA in the regular season and 2-1 with 3.90 ERA in the playoffs.

Clayton Kershaw is the consistent No.1 pitcher for Los Angeles. He's 18-4 with a 2.31 ERA during the regular season and he's undefeated in the playoffs with a 2.45 ERA. Both teams also have good hitters in their lineup. The Astros has the trio of Jose Altuve, Alex Bregman and Yuli Gurriel while the Dodgers have Cody Bellinger, Justin Turner and Yasiel Puig.
