On Saturday, the Hawthorn Hawks will face the Fremantle Dockers in the 2013 Australian Football League Grand Final. The AFL Grand Final will be held at the Melbourne Cricket Ground and will start at 2:30PM local time.

The Hawthorn Hawks qualified for the Grand Final by beating the Geelong Cats in their Preliminary Final fixture. The Hawks advanced to their second consecutive Grand Final appearance after a come from behind win against the Cats.

Hawthorn has met Fremantle in Round 4 this season. They easily beat them by 42 points. Most of the Dockers' key player were injured in that game and the Hawks knows that the Dockers they will meet this Saturday is quite different from the one they met in Round 4.

It will be the Fremantle Dockers first tip in the AFL Grand Finals. It took them 11 years to finally have a chance to claim their 1st AFL Grand Finals title. To earn their first AFL title, they must beat powerhouse Hawthorn Hawks. Fremantle has the chance to upset Hawthorn; all their key players are healthy and hungry for the club's first AFL title.
