2013 PGA Tour: PGA Championship
August 07, 2013 by Marc Jerbs

On Thursday, the Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester, New York will host the 2013 PGA Championship. The PGA Championship is the last major tournament in the PGA Tour this season. The Masters, U.S. Open and Open Championship are the other majors that were held earlier in the season.

Defending champion Rory McIlroy will try to defend his PGA Championship title against the best golfers all over the world. McIlroy has still struggled this season with his game. A lot of pundits think that he's equipment change led to his erratic performance.

World No. 1 Tiger Woods was in contention to win the Masters and Open Championship but both times his momentum was stalled during the 3rd and last round. In the U.S. Open, an elbow injury forced him to play with a sub-par performance. Woods may have peaked at the right time after a big win in last week's WGC-Bridgestone Invitational.

The sportsbook handicapper have installed Tiger Woods as the favorite to win his 15th major title and the PGA Championship.
