On Saturday, the Rosehill Gardens Racecourse in Sydney, Australia will host the 2013 Rosehill Guineas. This is annual horse racing event exclusively for 3-year old horses with set weight.

The total race distance is set at 2000 metres, equivalent to 10 furlongs.

Electric Wire won the first race held in 1910. Both Danewin and Octagonal holds the fastest race record in this event by completing the race in 1 min and 59.99 seconds. Last year, Gai Waterhous-trained Laser Hawk won the race in 2 mins and 02.18 seconds.

This year's race field will feature It's A Dundeel, Fiveandahalfstar, Hvasstan, Tatra, Philippi, Sacred Falls, Solemn, Twisted Emotion, Kingdoms and Bloodbuzz Ohio. The sportsbook handicappers have installed It's A Dundeel as the favorite to win the race.
