The RACV Royal Pines Resort Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia will host the Australian PGA Championship from December 11 up to December 14.

The 72-hole stroke play event has a total prize money of A$1,000,000. Plus the winner will receive the Kirkwood Cup trophy. Adam Scott is set to defend his title against his fellow Australians and international golfers.

Adam Scott and the rest of his fellow golfers will have to rethink their strategies starting Thursday as course designer Graham March redesigned some section of the golf course to make the tournament more challenging and exciting.

The sportsbook handicappers have installed Adam Scott as the favorite to win his 2nd straight Australian PGA Championship title. Marc Leishman and John Senden are among his strongest challengers in the tournament.
