2015 ATP/WTA Grand Slam: French Open

Last Sunday, the prestigious Roland Garros in Paris, France ushered in the 2015 French Open. The clay surface tennis courts of Roland Garros will host the 2nd Grand Slam tournament from May 24 and will end in June 7.

World No. 1 and top seed Novak Djokovic will bid to become the eight player in tennis history to complete a career Grand Slam with his first Roland Garros trophy. While defending champion Rafael Nadal will go for his 10th French Open title and has a 66-1 match record at Roland Garros.

In the Women's Singles event, World No. 1 and top seed Serena Williams will seek her 3rd French Open title. She won in 2002 and 2013. Defending champion Maria Sharapova will also gun for her 3rd French Open title after winning the tournament in 2014 and 2012.

The sportsbook handicappers have installed Novak Djokovic and Serena Williams as the favorites to win French Open in their respective singles matches.
