On Friday, the Geelong Cats will go up against Sydney Swans in Round 20 of the 2017 AFL. Game time is set 7:50PM AEST at Simonds Stadium.

The Geelong Cats sits comfortably at 2nd place in the AFL ladder with 12 wins just right behind leader Adelaide Crows. Geelong has won 4 of its last 6 games to put pressure on Adelaide. Their last win over Carlton was spearheaded by Tom Hawkins' six goals. However, the Cats will not have Partrick Dangerfield due to a one-week suspension for his dangerous tackle on Matthew Kreuzer.

The Swans have compiled a seven straight wins since Round 10 but had a speed bump when they lost a close game against Hawthorn last Friday. Josh Kennedy is doubtful to play for the Swans in Round 20 due to a hamstring problem.
