No Tiger Sighting at this week's
AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-AmFebruary 10, 2010 by Marc Jerbs

After the first five PGA Tour events this season, Tiger Woods still nowhere to be found inside the different golf courses. There's still no word on when Tiger will be back at the PGA Tour.

Nevertheless, the show must go on without him temporarily. On Thursday, the Pebble Beach Resort will host the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am. Without Tiger, different golfers have stepped up their game in the first month of the PGA Tour season. Steve Stricker, Geoff Ogilvy, Ryan Palmer, Ben Crane and Bill Haas each have one win under their belt.

Every golfer now has a chance to win a tournament without being pressured to overdo their abilities since Tiger Woods is on indefinite leave due to his personal problems. This is a good thing to all golfers to shine and hone their skills more as they await Tiger in the PGA Tour.

Phil Mickelson was tabbed as the hands down favorite by the sports book handicappers to win this golf tournament. It's time for Mickelson to grab the limelight until Tiger Woods returns.
