On Sunday, the NASCAR Sprint Cup series moves to Brooklyn, Michigan for the Pure Michigan 400. The famous D-shaped 2-mile Michigan International Speedway will host the racing and event. Race time is set at 1PM ET.

Marcos Ambrose bagged his 1st NASCAR Sprint Cup Series career win in the rain-delayed Heluva Good! Sour Cream Dips at the Glen. His victory was his first in his 105th career Cup Series start. He has finished third or better in all four of his starts at Watkins Glen.

Carl Edwards and Kyle Busch are now tied at 1st place in the driver's stadings with 752 points each. Jimmie Johnson sits at third place with 746 points. Other notable drivers in the top 10 are Kevin Harvick, Matt Kenseth, Kurt Busch, Jeff Gordon, Ryan Newman, Dale Earnhardt Jr., and Tony Stewart.

The sportsbook handicappers have installed Carl Edwards as the favorite to win the Pure Michigan 400 this Sunday afternoon. Jimmie Johnson and Kyle Busch loom as his major stumbling block for the chequered flag.
