2014 Grand Slam Tournament:French Open

Last Sunday, the 2nd Grand Slam Tournament for ATP/WTA players opened at Roland Garros in Paris, France. The French Open will run until June 8, the last game would be the Men's Single Final.

After three days of 1st round competition, some seeded players bowed out already both in the men's and women's singles draw. No. 3 Stan Wawrinka, No. 9 Ken Nishikori and No. 2 Li Na were booted out by their respective first round opponents.

On Wednesday, the 2nd round competition begins for both the men's and women's singles draw. No. 2 Novak Djokovic will face Jeremy Chardy and top seed Serena Williams will go up against Garbine Muguruza.

The sportsbook handicappers have installed Novak Djokovic and Serena Williams as the favorites to win the French Open in their respective singles competition.
