2014 NBA Western Conference Finals Game 4:San Antonio Spurs at Oklahoma City ThunderMay 27, 2014 by Marc Jerbs

On Tuesday, the Oklahoma City Thunder will host Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals against the San Antonio Spurs. Game time will start 9PM ET at Chesapeake Energy Arena. San Antonio leads the series 2-1.

Last Sunday, the Oklahoma City won Game 3 to trim the series lead of San Antonio. Injured Serge Ibaka made an unexpected return to patrol the shaded lane which was abused by San Antonio in the first two games.

Ibaka played for 30 minutes and was 6-7 from the field for 15 points. He also hauled 7 rebounds and blocked 4 shots. With Ibaka in the lineup, both Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook used their speed to overwhelm San Antonio's defense. The duo concentrated more on the team's offense with Ibaka contending with Tim Duncan and Tiago Splitter.

The Spurs must regroup and change their tactics after a blowout loss in Game 3. San Antonio clearly was outhustled and outplayed by Oklahoma City. They could not keep up with the fast pace established by Durant and Westbrook.

The sportsbook handicappers have installed the Oklahoma City Thunder as a 2.5-point favorite to beat the San Antonio Spurs on Tuesday night.
