2014 World Series Game 6:San Francisco Giants vs.
Kansas City RoyalsOctober 28, 2014 by Marc Jerbs

On Tuesday, the 2014 World Series shifts back to Kansas City, Missouri for Game 6 between the San Francisco Giants and Kansas City Royals. The Kauffman Stadium will host the pivotal game and is set to start at 8:07PM ET.

The San Francisco Giants leads the World Series, 3-2. They won Games 4 and 5 at home and will try to win their 3rd World Series title in 5 years on the road.

San Francisco will send pitcher Jake Peavy on the mound. Pitching infront of a hostile crowd is a difficult thing to do. He is a proven veteran and he could bounce back from a Game 2 loss.

The Kansas City Royals are behind in the series. But playing Game 6 at home will give them a huge morale as they play infront of their loyal fans. The Royals will have rookie hard-throwing pitcher Yordano Ventura to man the mound. He got a no decision in Game 2 after allowing 2 runs and 8 hits in 5 1/3 innings.

The sportsbook handicappers have installed the Kansas City Royals as the favorite to win Game 6 and tie the World Series at 3-games a piece.
