2015 World Series (Game One):New York Mets vs. Kansas City RoyalsOctober 27, 2015 by Marc Jerbs

On Tuesday, the Kansas City Royals will host the opening game of the 2015 World Series against the New York Mets at Kauffman Stadium. Game time is set to start at 8:07AM ET.

The New York Mets rode its four talented young starters to reach the World Series. The fearless rotation of New York is headed by Matt Harvey along with fellow youngsters Jacob deGrom, Noah Syndergaard and Steven Matz.

Last year, Kansas City was that close in winning the World Series title. However, Madison Bumgarner and the San Francisco Giants denied them a Game 7 win. The Royals has the chance to erase the pain this year as they have another chance to end up as a World Series champion.

Matt Harvey is penciled as the opening pitcher for the NY Mets while the Kansas City Royals will have Edinson Volquez. The baseball handicappers have installed the NY Mets as the favorites to win Game 1 of the World Series on Tuesday night.
