From September 22 up to 25, the Golf Resort Bad Griesbach in Germany will host the Porsche European Open. This is the last tournament in the European Tour before the qualified European golfers will travel in the United States next week for the 2016 Ryder Cup.

Both player received a captain's pick from Darren Clarke to earn a spot in the European team. Defending champion Thongchai Jaidee will begin his defense of his Porsche European title in the company of Padraig Hamilton and Bernd Wiesberger.
