A total of 15 horses have been nominated for the race. Astronerues was already scratched for the race with only 14 horses left to compete. Leading the field is 2015 Goodwood Cup winner Big Orange and 2nd place finisher Quest for More. Big Orange is set to defend his title while Quest for More is out to defeat him this time.
The horse race handicappers have installed Big Orange as the favorite to win his 2nd Goodwood Cup race. Curbyourenthusiasm, Pallasator, Quest for More and Sword Fighter are among Big Orange's challengers.
