2017 College Basketball Season:Wisconsin Badgers vs. Indiana HoosiersJanuary 03, 2017 by Marc Jerbs

On Tuesday, 25th ranked Indiana will play host to 13th ranked Wisconsin Badgers in a Big 10 Conference college basketball match up. Game time is set at 8PM ET at the Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall in Bloomington, Indiana.

Indiana started the season on fire as it ascend into a No. 3 ranking. As the season progressed, a chink in the Hoosier's armor started to show. The Hoosiers are reeling from a back-to-back losses to Nebraska and Louisville. A third loss to a ranked team will probably cost them to be left out in the Top 25.

Indiana coach Tom Crean knows that their problems in their last two losses could be fixed with a good practice at the gym. They need to sort out some things in their playbook especially in the defensive end. The Hoosiers have won 10 games in the season with their torrid 3-point shooting. If they could bring it back against the Badgers there's a possibility they could stop their two-game losing streak.

Wisconsin will visit the Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall with an 8-game winning streak on the line. Their last loss was last November against 4th ranked North Carolina. The Badgers pride themselves with a stingy defense and a well-controlled half-court game. These two factors could spell disaster for Indiana as Wisconsin has shown that they are cohesive unit in during their winning streak.

The sportsbook handicappers have installed Indiana as a 1-point favorite to beat Wisconsin on Tuesday night.
