2017 College Football PAC-12 Championship Game: Stanford vs. USC November 28, 2017 by Marc Jerbs

On Friday, the 21st ranked Stanford Cardinal will have the 11th ranked USC Trojans in the PAC-12 Championship game at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, CA. Game time is set at 8PM ET.

There will be no major berth in the College Football Playoff on the line when this two college teams meet for the PAC-10 Championship. However, the winner of this match could end up in the other special bowls either the Fiesta, Peach or Cotton.

This game will pit USC's athleticism against Stanford's physicality. USC and Stanford already met earlier in the season, it was an astounding 42-24 win by USC last September 9.

USC simply outgained Stanford 624-342 in offensive yards. It was a show of offensive force by USC led by QB Sam Darnold together with RBs Ronald Jones III and Stephen Carr.

Stanford must figure out a way on how to stop the scoring prowess of USC. They will be facing a well-rested USC team which may be a factor for a tired and beaten up Stanford team. The sportsbook handicappers have installed USC as the 3.5-point favorites to beat Stanford on Friday night.
