On Tuesday, the Baltimore Orioles will host the New York Yankees in the 2nd match of a three-game series between two competing American League teams for a wild-card berth in the upcoming 2017 MLB Playoffs. The Oriole Park in Camden Yards will host the game at 7:05PM ET.

The Yankees won over the Orioles in the first match Monday night, 7-4. New York has inched closer to Boston Red Sox in the AL East division lead as the Red Sox stumbled against the Blue Jays. The Yankees knows that they control their own placing in the playoffs, either by winning the AL Division title over the Red Sox or get one of the two American League wild-card berths.

Baltimore's loss over New York in the 1st match of the three-game series has pushed them back 4½ games and 1½ in the American League wild-card standings. The Orioles knows that the Yankees are no pushovers and are coming off a series win against AL East leader Boston Red Sox.

In Game 2, the New York Yankees will get the ball to left-hander CC Sabathia. He's 11-5 and has a 3.71 ERA this season. The Baltimore Orioles will counter with Jeremy Hellickson. He's 8-8 and has a 5.15 ERA as a starting Orioles' pitcher.
