2017 NBA Eastern Conference Finals Game 4:Boston Celtics vs. Cleveland CavaliersMay 23, 2017 by Marc Jerbs

On Tuesday, the Cleveland Cavaliers will host the Boston Celtics in Game 4 of the NBA Eastern Conference Finals. Cleveland leads the series, 2-1. Game time is set at 8:30PM ET and will be played at the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio.

The Boston Celtics averted a possible 3-0 series deficit as they stormed back from an 18-point lead that stunned the Cavaliers in front of their home fans. Boston played its heart out without Isaiah Thomas, who is out the rest of the series with a hip injury.

Boston players led by Marcus Smart and Avery Bradley led the charge in the 2nd half to fight the Cavaliers point by point. It was Avery Bradley's last second 3-point shot that seal the win for the Celtics. Boston expects that Cleveland will regroup in Game 4 as they will try for a 3-1 series lead.

The Cleveland Cavaliers was fine during the 1st half of Game 3 as Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love was on fire. However, it was the lackadaisical play of Lebron James that gave Boston to steal Game 3. Lebron tallied 11 points on 4-of-13 FG shooting after scoring 68 points in the first two games. His aggressiveness was gone and was passive throughout the game. Cleveland's Big 3 must be in sync if they want to push the Celtics to the brink of elimination.

The sportsbook handicappers have installed the Cleveland Cavaliers as a 14.5-point favorite to beat the Boston Celtics on Tuesday night.
