EuroLeague Round 7: Anadolu Efes Istanbul vs. Panathinaikos Opap Athens November 15, 2018 by Marc Jerbs

On Friday, the Sinan Erdem Dome in Istanbul, Turkey will host the EuroLeague Round 7 match between Anadolu Efes Istanbul and Panathinaikos Opap Athens. Game time is set 8:30PM local time. This exciting match will feature two evenly matched teams with identical, 4-2 win-loss records.

Both teams are coming off with great Round 6 wins. Efes’ productive frontline led by PF Adrien Moerman and dual centers Bryant Dunston/Tibor Pleiss have caused trouble to their opponents. However, their abilities will be test once they face Panathinaikos players.

Almost every player in Panathinaikos knows how to shoot the ball in the perimeter, especially in the 3pt. area. With a 31.8% FG shooting accuracy, it won’t be enough to beat Efes. If the Panathinaikos perimeter players could get good looks and match Efes shooting prowess, it would be a big boost in the game.

The sportsbook handicappers have installed Anadolu Efes Istanbul as a 2.5-point favorite to beat Panathinaikos Opap Athens on Friday night.
