On Saturday, CSKA Moscow will face archrival Panathinaikos Opap Athens in Round 17 of the 2020 EuroLeague.

Game time is set at 6:00 PM CET and will be played at the Sports Palace Yantarny in Kaliningrad, Russia.

CSKA Moscow has won five of its last six games.

In EuroLeague history, both CSKA and Panathinaikos have met 33 times and CSKA holds an 18-15 record against Panathinaikos.

CSKA is determined to pile up their wins to put itself up in the standings.

CSKA is the third-best defensive team this season and they are confident they could hold down the fort when they face the second-best offensive team.

Panathinaikos started the season on a winning streak but somewhat faltered and lost steam.

They have dropped their three of their last four games and coach Rick Pitino is not happy with it.

He hopes when they face CSKA, his team will be a lot more challenge to bring their best game.

Last season, Panathinaikos beat CSKA twice in their season series.

The sportsbook handicappers have installed CSKA Moscow as the favorite to win over Panathinaikos Opap Athens on Saturday night.
