On Friday, Nottingham Forest will face Sheffield United to begin matchweek 2 of the 2023-24 Premier League season.

Kick-off is set 7:45PM BST at the City Ground in Nottinghamshire, England.

Nottingham Forest opened their season last Saturday with a 2-1 loss against Arsenal.

They conceded 79% of the possession to their opponent but was able to hang on in the second half and managed to score a goal in 82nd minute.

They hoped to bounce back with a win against freshly promoted Sheffield United.

With several key players gone in their lineup, Sheffield United was in disarray in their loss to Crystal Palace last weekend.

It will take time for their players to find their groove but expect manager Paul Heckingbottom to bolster his club with additional players for help.

They must bring more players before the end of the transfer window in order to avoid relegation this season.
